James has been in the hospitality business over 20 years, with experience bartending, in food prep, as a fry cook, grill cook, server, host and many other positions. James also has previous experience working on a food truck, and is very interested in any open positions in the evening or on weekends. He is willing to work in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Zephyrhills, Lakeland and the surrounding areas.
Tyler has over 27 years of experience in the food service industry. He is a La Cordon Bleu graduate and has been an executive chef for restaurants of many styles and sizes. He also has catering experience and has worked on a food truck before!
Big Momma Donna as she's affectionately self reffered to has a bubbly personality and a blend of professional and kitchen experience.
Jon is a current UCF student with thorough restaurant and food truck experience in both cooking and serving. Jon is ServSafe certified and is interested in working evenings and weekends in the Orlando area. He is willing to travel with gas reimbursement.
Korie LoVecchioKorie has education and skills in several aspects of the food and hospitality industry. She intends to start her own food truck one day and just recently attended the TBFT Food Truck Seminar. She is hoping to gain knowledge by helping out on a food truck or two.
Korie has experience in all aspects of the food industry from dishwashing, to being a line cook, to pastry, to banquets, as well as management, along with front of house as a server and bartender. Her experience ranges from small mom & pop shops to 300 seat restaurants, to bakeries, cake shops and hotels. She has run a kitchen as a Prep Sous Chef, handling everything from prep, to ordering, to writing checks for vendors, supervising a team through training and checking for consistency as well as handling the schedule for boh which consisted of 15 people. She has worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years and have collected an array of knowledge. Korie loves all aspects of this industry from dealing with the customer to the heart and soul you put into food. She is reliable and highly motivated, and would love an opportunity to see a different aspect of this industry by working with some food trucks.
