TAMPA BAY, Fla. (April 27, 2015) – Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally is pleased to announce that Kim Sanders will be joining the TBFTR team specializing in sales and account management on May 4, 2015. Sanders is coming from Fairchild, Addison & McKone, an independently owned insurance agency and a strategic partner of TBFTR. She was one of the team leads at Fairchild, Addison & McKone dealing with food trucks and TBFTR on a daily basis. Kim has extensive experience working hand in hand with TBFTR by helping Florida food truck owners obtain the insurance they need to run their businesses. Her background in sales and knowledge of the food truck industry will serve her well as a great addition to the TBFTR team.

According to Chief Eating Officer Michael Blasco, “Kim is going to complement our team nicely, our existing relationship and working history with her has already proven that. We believe that Kim’s efforts in account acquisition and management will help improve both our service and market share of catering and event services. We have benefited greatly by having an insurance partner we know we can rely on, we are looking forward to our continued relationship with Fairchild Addison & McKone, we couldn’t ask for a better partner.”

When asked about joining Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally, Sanders replied, “anyone who knows me will tell you I am a foodie- with a special passion for food trucks. Living in Tampa and watching this great city become known for mobile food cuisine has fueled my desire to give back to the food truck community. Over the past few years, I have helped numerous food trucks save money on their insurance needs. The agency even developed a special market with an insurance carrier centered on the needs of the food truck industry. My goal is to use my knowledge and passion of food trucks, along with my keen attention to details, to help further develop opportunities for local food trucks.”
